Combine.codes provides a service that allows users to combine GitHub repository files into a single document for easy sharing, review, and code auditing. The service processes public GitHub repositories and generates formatted output documents.

paymentsPayment Terms

Combine.codes operates on a pay-as-you-go model. You will be charged based on the size and complexity of the repositories you process. Payment is required before the service is rendered.

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

scheduleService Availability

While we strive to ensure that Combine.codes is available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service temporarily for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

codeRepository Access

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to access and process the GitHub repositories you submit to our service. Combine.codes does not take responsibility for unauthorized access to private repositories.

securityAccount Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Combine.codes cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

policyProhibited Uses

You may not use Combine.codes for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You agree not to:

  • blockAttempt to bypass any measures of the service designed to prevent or restrict access
  • blockInterfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service
  • blockIntroduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other malicious code

copyrightIntellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Combine.codes and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

folder_sharedUser Content

Combine.codes does not claim ownership of the code or repositories you process through our service. You retain all rights to your content. However, by using our service, you grant us a license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the service.

In no event shall Combine.codes, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • errorAny conduct or content of any third party on the service
  • errorAny content obtained from the service
  • errorUnauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

updateChanges to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
